Terms & Conditions — pm55 Platform

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the website located at https://pm55.cam ("the Platform", "pm55", "we", "us", "our"). pm55 is an English-language online gaming reference and information platform designed primarily for users in Pakistan and operated independently of any licensed gambling operator.

pm55 does not operate a casino, sportsbook or any form of gambling service. The Platform does not accept bets, process deposits, manage player accounts or facilitate gambling transactions of any kind. All content published on pm55 is strictly for informational, educational and reference purposes.

By accessing or using this Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

• "Illustrative Data" means any figures, percentages, amounts in PKR or other numerical data that are expressly labelled as examples and do not constitute verified, guaranteed or operator-confirmed information.
• "Applicable Law" means all national, provincial and local laws, regulations and ordinances applicable to the User, including without limitation Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and any successor or supplementary legislation.

Your access to and use of the Platform constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms, our Privacy Policy and all other policies and guidelines published on the Platform. These documents are incorporated by reference and form part of the Agreement between you and pm55.

If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organisation or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms, and your acceptance constitutes acceptance on behalf of that organisation.

These Terms apply to all visits to the Platform, whether as a registered user (where account registration is available) or as a guest visitor accessing publicly available content.

To use the Platform, you must satisfy the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the online gaming operator or jurisdiction from which you are accessing gambling-related information.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from any Content or software on the Platform.
• Use any data mining, scraping, crawling, robot or automated extraction tools on the Platform without prior written authorisation.
• Sub-licence, sell, resell, transfer, assign or otherwise commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its Content.
• Use the Platform in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden or impair its servers, networks or security systems.

All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by pm55. Any use of the Platform beyond the limited licence granted herein is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension of access.

When using the Platform, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in contravention of any Applicable Law, including without limitation Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its servers, databases or associated systems.
• Transmitting or uploading any malware, viruses, trojans, worms or other harmful or disruptive code.
• Impersonating pm55, any member of its team, any operator or any other person or entity.
• Posting, transmitting or distributing any content that is unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, obscene, threatening or otherwise objectionable.
• Circumventing or attempting to circumvent any technical protection measures on the Platform.
• Using the Platform to collect personal data about other users without their consent.
• Engaging in conduct that could bring pm55 into disrepute or undermine the trust of the Pakistani user community we serve.

pm55 reserves the right to investigate any suspected breach of this section and to take appropriate action, including without limitation suspending or terminating access and reporting conduct to relevant law enforcement authorities.

All Content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, editorial copy, game guides, payment method guides, responsible gambling documentation, graphical elements, logos, page layouts, colour schemes, user interface designs and underlying code — is the exclusive intellectual property of pm55 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Third-party brand names referenced on the Platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Pakistan Super League (PSL) and related marks — are the property of their respective owners. Their mention on pm55 does not imply endorsement, affiliation or commercial partnership of any kind. Such references are made solely for contextual and educational purposes relevant to Pakistani users.

Requests to reproduce Content for non-commercial educational use may be considered on a case-by-case basis. All such requests must be directed to the Platform's contact address.

The Platform and all Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pm55 expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• Warranties that the Platform will be available, uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components.
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, currency or reliability of any Content, including illustrative figures, RTP values, PKR amounts and payment processing timelines.
• Warranties that information on the Platform constitutes legal, financial, gambling or professional advice of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pm55, its directors, officers, employees, agents, partners and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising out of or related to:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its Content.
• Any decision made in reliance on information published on the Platform, including game guides, payment information, bonus explanations or sports betting content.
• Any gambling losses incurred by a user who engaged with a third-party operator after accessing information on pm55.
• Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your data or transmissions in connection with the Platform.
• Any conduct or content of any third party referenced on or linked from the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension or termination of the Platform, whether or not caused by pm55.

This limitation of liability applies regardless of whether pm55 has been advised of the possibility of such damages and regardless of the legal theory on which any claim is based.

pm55 does not process, handle or facilitate any financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, currency exchange or payment processing of any nature. The Platform is a reference resource only.

References to Pakistani payment providers — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — appear solely for contextual and educational purposes relevant to Pakistani users. These references do not constitute:

Given that pm55 serves a Pakistani user base and provides content in the English language specific to Pakistani users, Pakistani law — including without limitation the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, the Electronic Transactions Ordinance, 2002, and the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act, 2016 — may be relevant to the interpretation and application of these Terms where applicable.

Nothing in this clause constitutes an admission that gambling is or is not lawful in Pakistan. pm55 does not provide legal advice. Users in Pakistan are solely responsible for determining the legality of their actions under Applicable Law and are encouraged to obtain independent legal advice where necessary.

Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement may be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts as determined by applicable law.
